Obituary for Dennis W. Starr Print MSG Dennis W. Starr, USAF (Ret. ), 54, of Disputanta, passed away on Monday, January 21, 2019. Born on May 26, 1964 in Delaware, he was the son of the late Edward Griffith Starr Jr. and Doris May Patton Starr.

He is survived by his wife, Tanya Denise Starr; daughters, Kirsten Elizabeth Starr and Annabelle Grace Starr; son, Dennis W. Starr Jr. of California; sisters, Doris M. (Starr) Asmus and Anna M. (Starr) Hutton and husband, Steven; brother, Edward G. Starr III and wife, Patricia all of Wilmington, Delaware. Inurnment will be held at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia at a later date. Arrangements by the Crater Road Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 3935 S. Crater Road, Petersburg, Virginia 23805.
