OBITUARY Diane S. Lepisto-Brammer June 11, 1952 – December 24, 2018 On December 24, 2018, in Keene, NH, Diane S. (Smith) Lepisto-Brammer, 66 long time resident of Floyd, VA and most recently Keene, NH passed away, surrounded by the love and support of her family, following a period of declining health. She was born June 11, 1952 in Covington, VA the daughter of Robert J and Delores (Roalf) Smith, Sr. Diane worked for many years as a Bartender at the Italian Club in Keene and then later in both the fields of customer service and healthcare. Above everything, Diane loved her family and was especially happy with her role as “Nana”.

Nothing brought her greater joy then spending time doing things with her family, and it was always an added perk if there was good food involved. Shopping was also one of her passions and she was excellent at it. She is survived by her husband Marvin Brammer of Floyd, VA, sons: Eric Wilson and he wife Mary of Sullivan, NH and Mark S. Lepisto, Jr. of Floyd, VA, daughters: Pamela Waal and her husband Robert of Floyd, VA and Amy Dennis and her husband Jason of Salem, VA, her Father-in-law: William “Billy” Brammer of Floyd, VA, twelve grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, brothers: Robert J. Smith Jr and his wife Sandra of Sullivan, NH, Dean Smith and he wife Michelle of Gilsum, NH, Jack Smith and his wife Deborah of Inglewood, FL and David Smith and his wife Lisa of Surry, NH, sisters: Sandra Dobisky of Keene, NH, Mary Lawrence and her husband Dusty of Keene, NH and Casey Tarr of Raleigh, NC, brother-in-law: Michael Brammer and his wife Melissa of Floyd, VA, sisters-in-law: Phyllis Hall and her husband Robert and Paula Deheart and her husband Ronald both of Floyd, VA and several nieces, nephews and extended family members.

She is predeceased by her parents, her mother-in-law: Iva Ruth Brammer, her brother: Dennis Smith and his wife Linda, her sister: Barbara LaCount and her husband Douglas. Diane is also predeceased by her former spouse and dear friend: Mark S. Lepisto, Sr. Family and friends are invited to call on the family on Thursday, December 27, 2018 from 5 to 7pm at the Foley Funeral Home, 49 Court St. Keene, NH. Burial will be in the Mountain View Cemetery, Route 12 in Troy, NH, in the Spring and will be announced as the date draws closer.
