Obituary of Dick Junker Thomas R. Junker, “Dick”, age 91, of Eagleville, PA, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2019 at his home. Dick was born in Philadelphia, PA on October 25, 1927, a son of the late Neal and Elizabeth (Hansell) Junker. Dick has been living in Eagleville for three years, formerly of Jeffersonville and Roxborough where he was a member of Saint Timothy’s Episcopal Church.

He was a member of the Boy Scouts of America for 75 years and guided many scouts for their Eagle Scout Project. Dick was a Freemason and member of F & A.M. Palestine Roxborough Lodge 135. Dick honorably served in the U.S. Navy during World War II on the U.S.S. Randolph in the Mediterranean.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 68 years, Amelia A. (Graham) Junker of Eagleville; daughter, Amelia A. Hager of Eagleville; son, Thomas R. ( & Brenda) Junker of Pine Grove; as well as three grandchildren, Joseph ( & Maria) Hager, Nicole Hager and Heather (& Skip) Butler; and six great grandchildren, Alice, Hans, Liesel, Klara, Alivia and Logan. Services will be held privately by his family. Dick’s family would appreciate memorial contributions made in his name to: Cradle of Liberty Council BSA, 1485 Valley Forge Rd.
