OBITUARY Dillon R. Huder Jr. October 7, 1936 – November 8, 2018 Dillon R. Huder, Jr., 82, of Jacksonville, passed away November 8, 2018. He was born in Indianapolis, Ind. on October 7, 1936.

Dillon graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Pharmacy. He married Joy Melton on June 13, 1959. Dillon began his pharmaceutical career and later owned and operated Owen’s Pharmacy.

He is survived by his wife; daughters, Susan Deguzman (Olan) and Julie Geissman (Grey); grandchildren, Jordan Chronister (Lindsey), Lindsey Westlund (Brian), Blair White (Charlie), Hannah Geissman; two great-grandsons; and brother Hank Huder. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held November 16, 2018 at 11 am with visitation 1-hour before services at HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 1701 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Dill’s name to Community Hospice and Palliative Care, 4266 Sunbeam Rd.
