Obituary for Dollye Evangeline Richards (Armacost) Dollye Evangeline Richards, 90, of Hampstead, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Long View Healthcare Center in Manchester. Born February 6, 1928 in Arcadia, she was the daughter of the late Russell Bush Armacost and Hilda Aileen Fringer Armacost. She was the wife of Ryle Z. Richards, who passed away in 2011.

She was very active as a Jehovah’s Witness for over 80 years. Her ministry was her life. She enjoyed knitting, needlework, and doing crossword puzzles.

Surviving are her son, Timothy Ryle Richards of Hampstead; daughter, Bonnie Elaine Richards of Reisterstown; and sister, Emily Marie Armacost of Hampstead. She was predeceased by her brother, Russell F. Armacost. A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1131 South Pleasant Valley Road, Westminster.

Due notice of the date and time will be given. Inurnment will be in Hampstead Cemetery in Hampstead. Arrangements are by ELINE FUNERAL HOME, Hampstead.
