Obituary for Donald Anthony Gautreaux Donald Anthony Gautreaux, 66, of Houma, passed away on June 28, 2018. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 5, 2018, at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, Bayou Blue, from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm. The service will be at 7pm.

He is survived by his sons, Tony Gautreaux and wife Kasey, Wayne Gautreaux; step-son, Mike Blanchard; step-daughters, Shantel LeBlanc, Peggy Blanchard Billiot; brother, Ronald Gautreaux; sisters, Margaret Prosperie, and Norma Bonvillain; 7 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Scott Fayette, Neaston Gautreaux; step-father, Norman Fayette; brothers, David Gautreaux and Jerry Gautreaux. Donald’s passion was being a tour guide for Cajun Tours.

He enjoyed educating people about his culture and his way of life. He was a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather and will be deeply missed. Samart Funeral Home of Houma, Bayou Blue is in charge of arrangements.
