Donald “Don” Evans was 85 years old when he passed away Sunday, May 27th. Born and raised in Jersey City, Don lived most of his life in Bergenfield. He proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1955 to 1961.

Don received a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Ramapo College. He went on to work for Ciba-Geigy Pharmaceuticals for 32 years before retiring. Don is survived by his loving wife Margaret “Peggy” (nee Lynch) Evans.

A funeral mass will be celebrated Thursday 10am in the Church of the Ascension, New Mildord. A wake will be held Wednesday 2pm-7pm.
