Mae E. Murphy, 81 died on July 2, 2018. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Mae lived in Rockaway and Sullivan Counties, New York and Bergen County, New Jersey. Mae was a loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, and friend.

She had a zest for life even in trying times. Mae had a passion for helping people and worked as a counselor for many years at Holy Name Hospital, Teaneck. Mae is survived by her daughters Dawn and Deborah, daughter-in-law Jackie, four grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

She is predeceased by her husband James, her parents Fred and Amelia and sisters Joan and Greta. You are now in Jesus loving hands. A private celebration of Mae’s life to follow.
