Donald’s Obituary Rapid City – Donald “Don” E. Fraser, 88, died Thursday, January 17, 2019 at the Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center at Fort Meade, SD. Don served in the United States Army. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday, January 21 with a Liturgical Wake Service at 6:00 pm all at Blessed Sacrament Church.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 9:30 am Tuesday, January 22 at Blessed Sacrament Church. Burial will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, January 22 at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis. Memorial donations may be made to the Hospice at the VA at Fort Meade.
