OBITUARY Donald Gerald Schofield May 15, 1938 – July 15, 2018 Donald “Jerry” G. Schofield, of West Bloomfield, passed away on July 15, at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Cindy; adored father of Nancy Jay, Donna Schofield, and Michael (Ann Marie) Schofield; step-father of Chad Higgins, Cory (Amanda) Higgins, and Joshua (Rachael) Fox; proud grandfather of Rachel Jay, Jeffrey Jay, Ava Schofield, Nicholas Schofield, Jacob Higgins, Jared Higgins, Joshua Fox, Addison Fox, Audrey fox, and Braden Higgins; brother of Bill (Rosemary) Schofield. Jerry was born on May 15, 1938 in Detroit to the late Gordon and Jenny Schofield.

Jerry will be missed by all who knew him, including the staff at Motor City Casino, Greektown Casino, and the Cosmopolitan Casino in Las Vegas. Inurnment with Military Honors will take place at 2:00pm on Friday, July 27, 2018 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Rd. , Holly, MI.
