Donald Gerard Gadbois “Don”, 64, of Colchester, passed away after a difficult struggle with lung disease. He had been a recipient of a lung transplant which gave him the gift of life for several years. Don was born in Hartford on February 2, 1954, a son of Ange (Poulin) Gadbois of Meriden and the late Gerard Gadbois.

He enjoyed league bowling and golfing and he was an avid fisherman who loved to say, “just one more cast”. Don loved to garden in his yard and go camping with his family. He will be remembered most fondly for how he would prank, tease, and have fun with family and friends.
