Donald R Lynch, 81 of Clarksburg, WV, passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2019 from an extended illness. He was born on September 11, 1937, in Wallace, WV, a son of the late Charles Edgar and Cleo Kathleen Lynch. Donald was employed by the Anchor Hocking Glass Factory for thirty years where he was a machinist.

In his younger days, he enjoyed riding trail bikes and camping with friends. In his later years he was an avid NASCAR fan. He is survived by his loving wife of fifty nine years, Frances Belle (Fowler) Lynch; three daughters, Lisa and her husband Tim McIntyre, Kelly and her husband Pete Amodio, and Lesli and her husband Dr. James Malone; five grandchildren, Zach McIntyre, Cruz McIntyre and Jessica, Britney Jade (Amodio) Ross and Jeremy, Isabella and Mason Malone.

He also enjoyed time with his three great-grandchildren, Zaden, Rosalyn, Jeweliana; younger sister, Barbara Joan Pritchard, Clarksburg; several nieces, nephews, and many cousins. The family would like to Thank, WVU Medicine Hospice for their great care and kindness. Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home on Friday, May 17, 2019 from 2-8 pm.

Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of Davis Funeral Home on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 10:00 am with Pastor Kevin Bender presiding. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to DavisFuneralHomeWV.com.
