Donald’s Obituary OBITUARY Donald Reece Golden, age 84, a lifetime Caney, OK resident was born on Friday, June 15, 1934, to Granvill G. and Ella Joy (McDougal) Golden, at Caney, OK. Donald passed away on Friday, February 1, 2019 at Atoka, OK. He attended Caney and Buckholt Schools.

Donald was a Farmer/Rancher. He married Phyllis (VanConett) on Saturday, November 15th, 1952 at Sutherlin, Oregon. They had 66 wonderful years together before his passing.

Donald was a member of Voca Baptist Church. He enjoyed horses, rodeo, and he especially loved his grandchildren. SURVIVED BY WIFE: Phyllis Golden of the home in Caney, OK CHILDREN: Kenneth Golden of Caney, OK Linda Greer and husband Roger of Sayre, OK Michael Golden and wife Beth Ann of Caney, OK Julie Whitt and husband Jack of Caney, OK SISTER: Betty Givens of Fordyce, AR 12 GRANDCHILDREN 28 GREAT GRANDCHILDREN 2 GREAT GREAT GRANDCHILDEN Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
