Donald Rex Drushal, 84, of Hopewell, passed away September 3, 2018 at Genesis Morrison House. He was born June 7, 1934 in Summit County, son of the late, Franklin Drushal and Inez Ferguson Drushal. He graduated from Chandlersville High School, member Hopewell Free Methodist Church and retired from Rockwell Glass.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Russell Drushall; daughters, Vika (Terry) McDonald, Pam (John) Rodman, Linda (Art) Cummings; brother, Robert (Irene) Drushal; sisters, JoAnn Shaffer, Betty Ruth (Bill) Wedincamp; sister-in-law, Donna Drushal; eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Wilbur Drushal; sister, Judy (Tom) Revennagh. No services or viewing hours will be held at this time.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. The family would like to give a special thanks to the Morrison House Hospice Care for all their loving care. Donation can be made in name of Donald Rex Drushal to the National Trail Fire Department of Gratiot or Morrison House Hospice.
