Otis Lee Moses II, 41, of Zanesville, passed away Monday, October 22, 2018. He was born February 13, 1977 to Carol S. (Mayle) and the late Otis Lee Moses, Sr. In addition to his father, Otis is also preceded in death by several aunts and uncles; and both his maternal and paternal grandparents; and a special nephew, Joel. Otis leaves behind to cherish his memory, his mother, Carol S. Moses; his children, Hope Winland and Milyen Moses; grandson, Ayden, and an unborn grandchild; siblings, Sharon (Jeff) Burke, Diana (Okey) Martin, Gayla Ware, and Ronald Moorehead; uncle, James Moses; nieces, nephews and a host of other family and many friends.

In his free time, Otis enjoyed playing cards. He was a smart man, and could hold a friendly debate with anyone, over any topic. Above all else, Otis loved spending time with his family and his friends.

You may call on the family Friday, October 26, 2018 from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m., with funeral service to follow at 12 p.m., at Burrell Funeral Services. Pastor Wyatt officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
