Obituary for Mr. Donald S Lawson GARDNER- Donald S. Lawson, Jr., 69, of Gardner, died Wednesday, August 29, in his home, after a long illness. Donald was born April 17, 1949, in Lowell, son of the late Donald S. Lawson, Sr. and Irene G. (Nelson) Lawson. He was a graduate of Gardner High School, Mount Wachusett Community College, and Lesley University.

Donald was a computer analyst starting at Digital and continuing with Compaq and Hewlett-Packard. He also worked in Human Res for UMass Medical School for a short time. He was a sports enthusiast, especially the Red Sox.

He also loved the ocean and boating. Donald was an integral part of the Gardner Junior Team Tennis. He leaves his wife of 42 years, Donna M. (Murphy) Lawson; one daughter, Heather Caron and her husband, Justin; one son, Jason Lawson; three grandchildren, Nicholas and Riley Caron, and Justin Lawson; three sisters, Judy Anderson, Beverly Gonsalves, and Karen Evans; several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held Monday, September 3, from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at Mack Family Funeral Homes, Lamoureux-Smith and Poliks Chapel, 105 Central St., Gardner.
