Donald S. Randolph, 68, of Steubenville, OH, passed away suddenly Sunday July 8, 2018 at home. He was born July 13, 1949 in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late James and Mary (Oiler) Randolph. Don was a retired truck driver for Sal Chemical in Weirton, WV; he served his country in the U.S. Army; and enjoyed fishing and building things.

Surviving are a sister, Willa Randolph of Mingo Junction; two brothers, Herman Randolph of Steubenville, OH and Simon (Jamie) Randolph of Cherry Valley, OH; and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave. , Mingo Junction, on Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Military honors by the Ohio Valley Veterans Squad will follow visitation.
