Obituary of Donna M. Flick Donna Marie Flick, 61, of Collegeville, PA passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, September 8, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Reading, PA on January 2, 1957, a daughter of the late Francis and Patricia (Bennis) O’Connor. Donna has been living in Collegeville for 33 years.

She was a member of Saint Eleanor Church where she was active in the Parent Teacher Association and was instrumental in starting the parish carnival. She was a former Nursery School Teacher at Saint Andrew’s Lutheran Church in Audubon. Donna was the former franchise owner of Learning Express in the King of Prussia Mall and the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley.

Donna is survived by her beloved husband of 37 years, Steve Flick of Collegeville; two sons, Matt ( & Mel) Flick of Royersford and Chris ( & Danielle) Flick of West Chester; daughter, Meghan ( & Ryan) Boynes of Pittsburgh; and four sisters, Janie ( & Mike) Nigrini, Nancy ( & Mark) Keller, Betsy ( & Joe) Lombardo, and the late Ellen O’Connor all of Reading. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Trey and Landon who brought so much joy into her life, as well as her two grand-dogs, Marty and Lola. Donna loved entertaining and looked forward to summers in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

She enjoyed reading with her beloved book club friends with the occasional glass(s) of wine. Donna embraced life, celebrating every day with passion while enriching those she encountered along the way. She will be forever in our hearts.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, September 14, 2018 at 12 Noon at St. Eleanor Catholic Church, 647 Locust Street, Collegeville, PA 19426. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation on Thursday evening, September 13 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 224 West Main St., Trappe, PA 19426 and Friday morning from 11:00AM to 11:45AM at the Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Donna’s name to the Abramson Cancer Center at the link below.
