OBITUARY DONNA M BEARD November 26, 1936 – November 16, 2018 Donna Mae Beard, 81, of East Peoria passed away on Friday, November 16, 2018 at UnityPoint Methodist. She was born on November 26, 1936 to Francis J. and Dorothy B. (Reents) Donovan in Peoria, IL. She married Morris R. Beard on November 1, 1963 in Pekin, IL.

He preceded her in death. She is survived by two sons Dale (Marcia) Beard, Tony Beard, one daughter Penny Slusher; five sisters Mary Plemons, Kathleen Anderson, Margaret Rowland, Jerri Ann (Don) Carlson, Rita Cully, one brother Richard Donovan; seventeen grandchildren and twenty four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one infant daughter Anne, also daughter Vickie Lascelle, two sons Robert Beard, John Sullivan II.

She worked as a CNA for many years at Morton Health Care until her retirement in 1989. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 19, 2018 from 9:00a.m.-11:00a.m. at Remmert Funeral Home. Funeral Service will begin at 11:00a.m. at the Funeral Home.

Interment to follow at Fondulac Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to TAPS in Pekin. Words of comfort can be shared with the family at www.
