Obituary of Donna Maria Miller Donna Maria Nostadt Miller, 65, of Schwenksville, PA passed away on Sunday July 15, 2018. She was born in Camden, NJ on April 24, 1953, was raised in Northeast Philadelphia and lived in Schwenksville, PA for the last 40 years. She is survived by her husband John, her children Kevin, Gregory & Denise, and her siblings William and Marilyn.

Along with her parents Rosalie (Kirk) and Frank Nostadt, she was preceded in death by brother Frank Nostadt Jr, and sister Jill Mussel. Throughout her life Donna enjoyed traveling with her family to the Jersey Shore and exploring the National Parks, especially Assateague Island. She also traveled around Europe, Canada and Japan several times.

In addition to raising her three children, Donna was a talented artist whose pastel, oil and water colors were enjoyed by family, friends as well as many gallery visitors. Despite her grand children being overseas, Donna enjoyed spending time with her two grand daughters, Mai and Aya, and teaching them art via weekly video calls. She also shared her love of art with hundreds of students throughout her years as a school teacher, most recently at the Perkiomen Valley School District.

She also enjoyed flower gardening, creating pottery and spending Friday nights out with friends. She was a member of St. Mary’s RC Church of Schwenksville, Pa. Friends and Family are invited to join together on Monday Evening from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home 224 West Main Street Trappe PA, 19426, with a Memorial Service immediately following at 7:00pm.
