Obituary for Donna Lamb (Waldrop) Mrs. Donna Lamb, 79, of Murray, passed away on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at the Murray Calloway County Hospital. Donna was born in Brewers, KY on December 13, 1938 to the late Newman Waldrop and Margaret Edwards Waldrop. She attended Glendale Road Church of Christ, as well as Hope Harbor Church in Murray.

Donna served this community as a nurse for 47 years. She retired from Murray Calloway County Hospital. In addition to her parents, those that preceded her in death include her husband, David Lamb; a brother, Albert Waldrop and a sister, Rosemary Henson.

Those she lovingly left behind include two sons, Mike Kirk (Rhonda) of Almo, Marshall Kirk (Sheree) of Goodletsville, TN; a sister, Janice Vaughn (Charles) of Kirksey; two grandchildren, Ryan Kirk (Alicia Johnson) and Michelle Bakehouse (Dylan) and three great grandchildren, Maci, Hallie and Brock Bakehouse. A funeral service is scheduled for 11 AM on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at Imes Funeral Home & Crematory, downtown Murray. Sammy Cunningham will officiate and burial will follow at Murray Memorial Gardens.

Her family will receive visitors from 5-8 PM on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at the funeral home.
