Obituary for Doris Ann Hibbitts Doris Ann Campbell Hibbitts June 30, 1934 ~ December 23, 2018 Doris Ann Campbell Hibbitts, 84, passed away December 23, 2018, at her home in Deleon, Texas. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Stephenville Funeral Home. The family will host a visitation prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. ~ 12:00 p.m. Doris was born June 30, 1934 in Brownsville, Texas to the late W.L. and Violet Stafford Campbell.
She met and married the love of her life, Robert R. Hibbitts in Houston on February 14, 2008 and they retired to Deleon. Doris was a homemaker and loved shopping, travelling, spending time at the ocean, and loved life. Doris is survived by her husband, Robert Hibbitts of Deleon; children, Kenneth and Wendy Hibbitts of Deleon, Randy and Pam Hibbitts of Winter Springs, Florida, Harold and Cecilia Hibbitts of Trinity, Texas, and Jerry and Mary Hibbitts of Orlando, Florida; sisters, Jean McClure of Livingston, Texas and Marylyn Winslett of Crosby, Texas; brother, Billy Campbell of Oklahoma; many grandchildren; many great grandchildren, including two who held a special place in her heart, Wyatt and Lailey Canterbury; and many nieces and nephews.
