Doris’ Obituary Doris Doyle passed away on January 25, 2019 at Waynesboro Manor. She was the oldest of eight children of William Wallace and Mary Hise Ratcliff. She was born March 29th 1929 in Monterey, VA.

She was married to Arnold Doyle for 47 years and had four son’s: Arnold (Kathy), Stephen , Rodger (Cindy) and Johnny (Lisa); and special sister Marni (Steve). She had 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Doris worked at Crompton for 33 years, Hershey’s, and as a waitress at The General Wayne Hotel.

As she often said, “I am alright. Don’t worry about me. I am home now”, and with that we wish her eternal rest.

A graveside service will be held 1:00 PM at Augusta Memorial Park on Monday January 28,2019. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Hospice of the Shenandoah, PO Box 215, Fishersville, VA 22939, or Waynesboro Manor, 809 Hopeman Parkway, Waynesboro, VA 22980.
