Doris Rogers Beasley October 17, 1925 – February 09, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Doris Rogers Beasley of Jefferson County went home to be with the Lord on February 9, 2019, at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope, Alabama, after a brief battle with pneumonia. She was 93 years young. Mrs. Beasley was born October 17, 1925 and is from Jefferson County.

She resided in Robertsdale, Alabama for many years. Her husband, Bobby Beasley whom she was married to for 35 years, survives Mrs. Beasley. She is also survived by her children: Yvonne Eike, of Loxley, Alabama, David Cook and his wife, Kathy of Silverhill, Alabama, and Diane Peyton and her husband, Earl of North Carolina.

Her 11 grandchildren and her 29 great grandchildren and two sisters, Jean Eubanks of Florida and Gloria Bowen of Hueytown, survive Mrs. Beasley also. She was predeceased in death by her parents, Harris and Eula Rogers; son-in-law, Rodney Eike; grandson-in-law, Rodney Seymour; 1 sister and 2 brothers, aunts and uncles and many friends. Funeral service will be Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Bessemer Brown Service Funeral Home with burial following at Highland Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
