Dorothy’s Obituary Dorothy Bye-Syring of Pine City passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at St. Clare Living Community in Mora at the age of 88. Dorothy Elizabeth was born October 19, 1930 to Paul Sr. and Minnie (Nielsen) Bennett in Sunrise, Minnesota. Dorothy is survived by her children: Edward Bye of Ramsey, David Bye of Ramsey, Raymond (Cathy) Bye of Blaine, Donald Bye of Ramsey, Michael Syring of St. Paul, Dale Syring of Grantsburg, Donna Syring (David Schroeder) of Pine City; 16 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; sister Betty Meck of South St. Paul; treasured friend for 70 years Clarice Fosse of Vadnais Heights; many other relatives and friends.

Dorothy is preceded by parents Paul Sr. and Minnie Bennett, son Jerald Bye, brothers Richard Bennett, Paul Bennett and sister Gloria Syring. Funeral services for Dorothy: 11 AM Friday, March 8th at Swanson Chapel with one hour of visitation and reviewal prior to the service. Interment at Hilltop Cemetery in Pine City.
