Dorothy L. Waugh, age 95, passed away at her home on December 1, 2018. She was born in Perry, Iowa on July 8, 1923 to the late Guy and Pearl (Haye) Doty. Dorothy retired from Kresge’s Department Store and was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Waugh; daughters, Carolyn Rector and Cindy Morgan; grandson, Mark Dickinson; granddaughter, Jennifer Clark; great granddaughter, Madison Clark; one sister… Read More » and three brothers. Dorothy is survived by her children, Janis Clark (Eldon Johnston Jr.), Connie Waugh (Kevin Wulff), David Waugh; grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation is 5:00 p.m. to 7:00p.m. on Tuesday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home.

Funeral service is 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment is in Cedar Lawn Cemetery.
