Keith R. Adair, age 75, of Underwood, Iowa, passed away January 24, 2019 at his home after a long illness. Keith was born September 12, 1943 in Glenwood, Iowa to the late Kennith and Ruby (Sullivan) Adair. He married Martha Perry on August 17, 1943.

They were blessed with five children, Kelly, Craig, Lori, Doug and Brian. Keith was a professional butcher for 35+ years and a woodcrafter. In addition to his parents, Keith was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
