Obituary of Dorothy Smith Dorothy Lee Smith, 80, of Salisbury, died on Thursday, December 6, 2018, at Coastal Hospice at the Lake. Born on November 26, 1938 in Crisfield, she was the daughter of the late Grover Wilson and Minnie (Mason) Horner. Dot was a member of Delmarva Evangelical Church in Salisbury for over 50 years.

She worked for PRMC for 22 years. Dot is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Charles Clifton Smith; a son, Robert L. Smith; a daughter, Brenda L. Guevara and her husband Leo; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and two sisters, Peggy Taylor and Mary Dize. In addition to her parents, Dot is preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Harrington and her identical twin, Eleanor Collins.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Delmarva Evangelistic Church, Salisbury. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Pastor Buzz Gregory will officiate.

Burial will be in Springhill Memory Gardens in Hebron. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Delmarva Evangelical Church, 408 Gordy Road, Salisbury, MD 21804. Arrangements are in the care of Holloway Funeral Home, P.A., 501 Snow Hill Road, Salisbury, MD 21804.
