Douglas E. Wolfe, 76, of Springfield passed away Saturday, November 24, 2018 in Springfield Regional Medical Center. He was born November 16, 1942 in Troy, OH and retired from Navistar-International with 49 years of service. Doug was an avid horseman and belonged to the Ohio Quarter Horse Association, where he served as a Ring Steward, and the Central States Horse Show Association.

He was also a member of First Christian Church. Doug is survived by his wife of 57 years, Sandy Wolfe; three children Marlita Rissmiller, Holly (Mark Germanos) Wolfe, and Steven Wolfe; three grandchildren; four great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brother, sister and step sister.

According to Mr. Wolfe’s wishes, there will be no services. The family is being served by RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.
