Morrison, David Jason, 45 of Springfield passed away November 6, 2018 in the Springfield Regional Medical Center. He was born in Tampa, Florida on December 9, 1972. David was a member of the Springfield Art Council.

Jason was an artist who so loved working with several types of genre, especially working with his hands. He was an accomplished chef and loved the outdoors. He designed the logo for his high school and was used by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office as well.

In his spare time he enjoyed playing the guitar. David was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents and a brother Michael VanHoose. Survivors include his mother Terrie (David) VanHoose; father David (Kathy) Morrison; girlfriend Lisa Bloomfield; siblings Lisa Morrison, Jennifer (Patrick) Dengerd, Tami VanHoose, Greg (Laura) VanHoose, Nicole VanHoose, William (Kristi) VanWagner and Cody (Katelynn) Morrison; many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.

A memorial service to honor David will be Sunday, November 25, 2018 at 2:00PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. Family and friends may call one hour prior to services. Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.
