Mr. Dunnum Marion Black, 82, of Clover, SC, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2019 at home. A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm, Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Central Baptist Church, York with the Rev. Will Coefield officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in Beersheba Cemetery. Mr. Black was born October 25, 1936 in Clover, SC to the late Ben Thomas and Helen Davidson Black.

He retired from Coca Cola Bottling Company Consolidated with 50 years of service. Surviving is his wife Carolyn Propst Black; daughter Donna Black Simpson (David) of York; son Dunnum Black, II (Kathy) of Inman, SC; sisters Bennie Ledwell of Clover and Judy Payne of Clover; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, www.
