Dustin was born to the union of Gary Bailey and Doreatha Woodruff Woodard on August 26, 1983 and he passed from this life on November 11, 2018 at Our Lady of the Lakes Medical Center in Baton Rouge. Dustin loved bream fishing and he was a huge sports fan.

He also loved to storm watch. He was preceded in death by his brother: Trent Lisenby. He is survived by his father: Gary Bailey and his wife Brenda; mother: Doreatha Woodard and her husband Leroy; brothers: Matthew Bailey, Corey Bailey, Patrick Bailey, and Dusty Miller; nephews: Korbyn Bailey and Landin Bailey; niece: Peyton Willett; grandmother: Linda Weaver.
