Ed Cleveland Anniston, AL – Funeral service for Ed Cleveland, 81, will be Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., at the First Baptist Church of White Plains in Anniston, AL, with Rev. Eric Snider officiating. Also speaking will be Chad Brown, Anthony Chapman, Randy Sparks, and George Dothard.

Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL. Mr. Cleveland died Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his parents, Odell and Lucille Cleveland; grandson, Zachary Cleveland; son, Edward Dale Cleveland; brother, Donald Cleveland; sister, Susie Benfield; and sister, Mae Campbell.

He was a member of the Sons of The American Revolution and also a member of the Sons of The Confederate Veterans. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force and the Army National Guard. Mr. Cleveland was a Retired Commercial Pilot and a Licensed Aircraft Mechanic and Inspector.

He also was a teacher and coach for over 28 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Patricia Cleveland; two sons, Mark Cleveland and Coker Cleveland; sister, Peggy Cleveland; 5 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday, June 2, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of White Plains in Anniston, AL.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the First Baptist Church of White Plains Youth Ministry. Pallbearers will be Keller Campbell, Donnie Campbell, Bill Campbell, Brett Cleveland, Clark Dennis, and Jim Dennis. Memorial messages may be sent to the family at www.
