Obituary for Edith Durham Frankfort – Edith Mae Wooldridge Durham, age 74, passed away September 25, 2018. Services will be held at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home on Thursday, October 25, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. with Melissa Patillo and Gilbert Wooldridge officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. Ms. Durham was born in Lawrenceburg on November 8, 1943, to the late Harvey J. Wooldridge and Mary Alice Hellard Wooldridge Frost (Willard G. Frost). She was a retired housekeeper.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Frances Wooldridge and brother, William J. Wooldridge. She is survived by her children, Glenn Wooldridge (Rita), Cecil Durham, Jr., and Timmy Durham (Jennifer); grandchildren, Amanda Durham, Glenn C. Wooldridge, Bailey Wooldridge, William C. Wooldridge, Ethan Durham, and Briana Murphy; great grandchildren, Abigail Sacre and Cash Sacre; siblings, Gilbert R. Wooldridge (Lillian) and John W. Wooldridge (Mary).
Serving as pallbearers will be Troy Maupin, Chad Maupin, Steve Cummins, Tony Cummins, Little John Wooldridge and Johnathan Wooldridge. Honorary pallbearers will be Amanda Durham, Glenn C. Wooldridge, Bailey Wooldridge, William C. Wooldridge, Ethan Durham and Briana Murphy. Arrangements are under the direction of Harrod Brothers Funeral Home.
