Obituary for Edith Leona Mack Edith Leona Mack was born on January 1, 1964 to the late Robert Lee Mack and Delores Andrews. She departed this life on March 13, 2018 at Albert Einstein hospital in the Bronx. Edith was the second oldest sibling out of six children.

Edith also known as “Toey” was a resident of the Bronx. She gave birth to four children, Shaniea, Shamel, Michael and Shameka. Edith was a person with a heart of gold, she was always there for family and friends when she was needed.

She had a passion for cooking, baking and making everyone happy. She loved to watch the food network channel to gather ideas for food and to know the culture of the food she made. Edith also was a great bowler she joined tournaments and have won several trophies.

She then gained an extended family in the name of the Archibald’s. Edith was just a family oriented person and enjoyed the company of being around family. Edith leaves to her memory two daughters, Shaniea and Shameka; two sons, Shamel and Michael; grandson, Shamel Jr; life long friend, Owen aka “jack”; siblings, Kim Valcarcel, Eric Mack, Robert Mack, Kenneth Mack and on her father side she also leaves a brother, Greg Mack; six nephews and seven nieces from all her siblings; a host of relatives and friends.
