Obituary for Edna Jay Hardin Edna Jay Hardin, 92, of Marietta passed away on Monday, May 28, 2018. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 2nd at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home, Historic Marietta Chapel with Rev. Jim Moore officiating.

Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta, Georgia. Edna was survived by her son, James Randolph Hardin and wife, Pamela C. of Acworth; daughter, Gayle Hardy and husband, Daniel J. of Powder Springs; three grandchildren, Megan Jerram and husband, Andrew, Stephanie Ficken and husband, Michael, Steven Hardin and Summer; great grandson, Eli Jerram. She is predeceased by her husband, James H. Hardin.

She was a lifelong member of Maple Avenue Methodist Church in Marietta and worked in the Cobb County Library System where she retired. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. on Friday, June 1st at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home, Historic Marietta Chapel.
