Edna’s Obituary Edna W. Beidleman( May 30, 1935 – January 20, 2019 ) Ms. Edna W. Beidleman 83, of Cumming, Ga passed away peacefully on January 20, 2019. Edna was born and raised in Philadelphia. She enjoyed raising her three children, keeping them active in skiing, track, hockey, football, soccer, piano lessons, swimming at Mann’s Pond and summers at their Sunrise Lake home.

She gave them all a great upbringing. Wherever the family lived over the years, Edna was always active in her church, particularly the choir. Edna was beloved by all with always a kind word.

She was a peaceful, loving and caring person. Edna is survived by the love of her life and husband of 63 years, Irvin Beidleman; their three children Tom Beidleman and his wife Pat Beidleman, Susan Beidleman, and Scott Beidleman and his wife Pam Beidleman; her sister Dorothy Goldsmith; five loving grandchildren Bryan, Addie, Kevin, Mark and Matthew; sister-in-law Gwen Fischer; and, nieces and nephews Debbie, Donna, David, Louise and Janet. Edna is predeceased in death by her parents Walter and Edna Whittle, brother-in-law Robert Goldsmith, Sr., nephew Robert (Bobbie) Goldsmith, Jr. and brother-in-law Alan Fischer.

Visitation will be on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at McDonald and Son Funeral Home from 1-2pm. Funeral services will be held at 2pm following the visitation in the chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sawnee View memorial Gardens Cemetery in Cumming, GA.

A reception will immediately follow graveside at Tam’s Backstage Restaurant in Cumming where the family will share food and fellowship.
