Edward F. Carter, of Yeadon, PA, Army Veteran, passed away on November 2, 2018 at the age of 91. Beloved husband of 49 years to the late Elizabeth “Bettie” (nee O’Donnell) Carter. Loving father of Edward (Dorothy), Michael (Georgette), Timothy (Nancy), Robert (Debbie), Betty Anne (Lou) Golato and Kathleen Carter and the late Carolyn Hopson.

Also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 7 Great-grandchildren, son –in-law John Hopson. Brother of Charles (Doris) Carter. Predeceased by 1 Grandchild and several brothers and sisters.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass Thursday, 10:30 at St. Louis Church, W. Cobbs Creek Pkwy. , Yeadon, PA 19050, where friends may call from 9:15 to 10:20 AM Thursday prior to mass at the church. Interment Calvary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers family prefers contributions to The Men of Malvern, 315 S. Warren Ave. , Malvern, PA 19355.
