Edward Joseph Kozemchak Jr., 65, of Latrobe, passed away Thursday, Nov. 15, 2018, in Oak Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was born July 19, 1953, in Latrobe, son of the late Edward Kozemchak Sr. and Dolores L. (Herrod) Frye.

He had worked as a security guard and a hotel clerk. He attended St. Vincent Basilica Parish. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

He was a veteran of the Army; serving in the Vietnam War. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a brother, Gregory Kozemchak; two sisters, Joyce McDowell and Loretta Kozemchak; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov.

18, 2018 at FREDERICK FUNERAL HOME INC. , 1543 Ligonier St., Latrobe, PA 15650. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov.

19, 2018 at Frederick Funeral Home Inc., with Pastor Don Hezlep officiating. Private burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Derry, PA. Military honors will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the funeral home by the Latrobe-Derry Veterans Honor Guard.
