Obituary At the age of 74 years, Edward “Pete” George Schmidt passed away peacefully on the evening of Sunday, January 27, 2019 at McLaren Bay Region. He was married in 1969 to Betty Lou Corbin and together they raised four children, Pete Schmidt (Kim Tacey), Gary Schmidt, Robert (Jill) Schmidt, and Trisha Schmidt. Pete was married again in 1992 to Michelle Youngs and had a fifth child, Tyler Schmidt.
