Obituary Edward “Butch” Godin, age 68 of Dousman, passed away surrounded by his family on Thursday, February 7, 2019. Ed is survived by the love of his life of 49 years, Cynthia. His sons Jon (Jenny) Godin and Adam Godin along with his grandchildren Alex (Emily), Thomas, Seth and Addysin.

He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Florence Godin. Ed was a graduate of the first graduating class of Kettle Moraine High School. He spent his entire career in the hydraulic field and retired from Parker Hannifin as a manager.

Ed loved to be outside boating on Lake Michigan, hunting with his beloved dog Brandy, fishing and being with his family and most of all he was a proud Papa to his four grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by his family, many friends and everyone who knew him. A celebration of Edward’s life will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 (on Ed and Cyndy’s 49th wedding anniversary) with a visitation for family and friends starting at 11:00 AM until time of service at 1:00 PM all to take place at Pagenkopf Funeral Home.

A private burial will take place for the family at St. James Rose Hill Cemetery is Sus. The family would like to say a special thank you to the wonderful staff at Davita Dialysis and the staff at Waukesha Memorial Hospital ICU. Donations are suggested to the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin.
