Obituary for Edward Shinichi Koreyasu Edward Shinichi, was born on September 3, 1936 in Haiku, Maui to Waichi and Shigeko Koreyasu. He was their 5th child and the first son. He passed away peacefully on May 2, 2018 in Honolulu.

He is survived by his wife, Cecile Awaya Koreyasu, sons Rylan W. Koreyasu (Victoria), Tyler M. Koreyasu, and Mason S. Koreyasu. He is also survived by sisters Katie Yuen of Mililani and Nancy Windham of California, brother Wayne Koreyasu (Patti) of Washington and several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life service will be held on May 29, 2018, Tuesday, at 10:00 a.m. at Diamond Head Memorial.

Visitation begins at 9:30 a.m. Internment is at 2 p.m. at Valley of the Temples. Casual or Hawaii attire. No flowers.
