Edward’s Obituary Edward William Readout, age 84, passed away January 27, 2019 at Kobacker House. He was born on November 21, 1934 to the late Earl and Minnie Readout. He was preceded in death by parents, brothers Ralph and Clarence Readout, sister Dorothy (John) Morris.

He was a member of the Grove City United Methodist Church where he served as an usher for over 40 years. He believed in prayer and hugs. He had an indomitable spirit.

He loved life and never met a stranger. His greatest pride and joy was his family whom he loved dearly. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Mackye, sons Jeff(Sue), Joel (Liz), daughter Jill (Dennis) Karem, grandchildren Heather (Jeremy) Smythe, Lindsay (Kris) Donathan, Brian (Laken), Matthew (Jennie), David (Krista) Readout, Jillian (Andrew) Denman and Stephen (Rachel) Karem, great granddaughters Maggie Sue Smythe, Millie Lynne Donathan and Callie Grace Denman.

Survived by sisters-in-law Dot and Janice Readout, nieces and nephews and many friends. Friends may visit Thursday from 2-4PM and 6-8 PM at THE SPENCE-MILLER FUNERAL HOME 2697 Columbus Street Grove City, Ohio. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Friday at Grove City United Methodist Church 2684 Columbus Street Grove City, Ohio with Rev.

Dr. Carl Wiley and Rev. Dr. Tom Wilson officiating. Interment will follow at Grove City Cemetery.
