Obituary for Edwin Francis Windegger Edwin F. Windegger went to his celestial home on November 21, 2018 in San Bernardino, Ca. Edwin was born on November 16, 1928 in St. Louis, Missouri. He moved with his family to San Bernardino, California in 1955.

He retired after 35 years with GTE (General Telephone) where he worked as an Installer, PBX, and PABX. He was a member of the Masonic Order in San Bernardino Lodge, Redlands Lodge, San Bernardino York Rite Chapters, Scottish Rite. Edwin was also a Brother in the Order of the Eastern Star, Gate City Chapter, #212.
