Eileen Giacona (nee Bedford), 60, of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, formerly of Jersey City passed away on Sunday, September 30, 2018. Eileen was the beloved wife of Anthony J. Giacona, Sr. (Ret. JCFD); devoted mother of Anthony, Jr., Mark and Melissa Giacona; loving grandmother of Alanna, Joseph, Kayla, Gabriel, Emma, Aurora and Baby Anthony Giacona; loving daughter of the late John and Vera Bedford; dear sister of Dennis Bedford, Veronica “Ronnie” Austin, Michele Wrede and the late John Bedord, Jr. and Maureen Gasser.

Visitation will be on Friday, October 5, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at RIOTTO FUNERAL HOME & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd, Jersey City. (For GPS Navigation it is best to use parking lot entrance address: 14 Stagg St.). Funeral will begin on Saturday, October 6, 2018, 10:30 AM at the funeral home.

A Funeral Mass will follow 11:30 AM at St. Aloysius Church, 691 W. Side Ave, Jersey City. Entombment will take place at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington. In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted by the family to assist with funeral expenses.
