They were married on Nov. 19, 1955 at American Martyrs Church and were blessed with 63 years of marriage and three children. He completed two years of business school in LaCrosse, WI, which eventually led him to a career as a salesman in the manufactured homes industry for Bob’s Homes and later Patriot Homes.
In his off time he would make the rounds entertaining at local nursing homes, Maryhill Manor with George Hirn, and “The Follies”. Eldin really cherished his guitar! He also sang with the American Martyrs Choir for many years.
Every summer for over 33 years he enjoyed spending time with family and friends at his family’s property “Del Acres” at Way Dam. He loved camp, hunting with his brothers, fishing with his sons and being entertained by his son-in-law, Victor. He also had a great adoration for his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
