Eleanor was born on Feb. 12, 1928 in Keytesville, MO. Born a farmer’s daughter, she learned early on the importance of hard work.

She carried that with her in building a storybook life with her husband for her children and grandchildren. She was the heart of our family. She loved to cook, quilt, paint, make candy, and started her own candy shop, Miss Ellies Candies, in Claycomo, MO.

She had a fiery spirit, and loved to make people laugh. Her heart was generous, and she never turned down someone in need. The hole she left behind will never be filled, but we are grateful that she is at peace and with her Lord and Savior.

Jesus said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering”. A visitation is scheduled for Wed.
