Mrs. Eleanor Comer, age 86 of Fayette, passed away Sunday, February 17, 2019 at Hospice of West Alabama. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at 11-A.M. from Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10-11 A.M. at the church. She was preceded in death by her parents: William B. and Flora Lee Adams Newton, sisters: Rose Ann Chambless, Carolyn N. Godwin, and her husband: Donald Comer. Survivors include a host of nieces and nephews.
