OBITUARY Eleanor Jane Bierley August 6, 1934 – July 1, 2018 Eleanor Jane Bierley, 83, lifelong resident of Miamisburg, passed away Sunday, July 1, 2018 at Sycamore Hospital. She was born August 6, 1934 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of Hubert and Flora (Hughes) Fields. She was a 1952 graduate of Miamisburg High School and was the Salutatorian of the class.

Eleanor worked for many years at Miami Valley Production Credit Association before ultimately spending her time as a homemaker, mother and grandmother. She was a longtime member of Trinity Church in Miamisburg, where she sang in the choir and taught Sunday School. Eleanor enjoyed spending time with her family, especially their many trips to Lake Cumberland.

Eleanor is survived by her husband of 64 years, Donald Bierley; sons, Donald “Kent” (Debbie) Bierley and Kirk (Cheryl) Bierley; grandchildren, Stephanie, Will, Benjamin and Jonathan Bierley; as well as her brother-in-law, Richard (Shirley) Bierley. She was preceded in death by her parents and her mother-in-law, Dorothy Bierley.
