Elginora’s Obituary Elginora “Jean” Keso , 88, of Reed City was welcomed by her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 after a lengthy illness. She was born March 1, 1931 in Kinde, MI to John and Elnora (Harris) Hooker and attended Evart schools. Jean married Marvin Keso on April 10, 1955 at St. Paul Lutheran Church where she was a faithful member.

They spent most of their married lives in Reed City where she worked for 26 years at Kel-Reed, later known as Gardner Denver / Cooper Industries. Surviving are her husband Marvin of 64 years, daughters Kristi Peters of Lansing and Tammy (Daniel) Finch of Big Rapids; grandchildren Derek Burr, Mathew Dunn and Kelsey (Shaun) Bradford; great-grandchildren Mason and Hadley Bradford. Preceding her in death were her parents; infant brother Russell; step-father “Daddy Frank” Gibson and her beloved kitty Heidi.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 12:00 noon with visitation from 10-12 at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Reed City with Pastor Mathew Deames officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
